These terms apply to purchases made from Gleam Enterprises (“Nozaria”) at our retail store in Rohini, Delhi. By making a purchase you agree to these terms.
Nozaria sells fashion and artificial jewelry, including traditional Indian styles. As handcrafted and fashion pieces, slight variations in colour, finish, and detail are normal and are not defects.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept cash and digital payments in-store. Digital payments (including UPI) are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. A sale is confirmed only once payment is received in full.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or failure to follow the care instructions provided with the product.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
